We are a small, hands-on building company led by people who still swing hammers. Our directors — Victor and Dragi — are on every job, not sitting behind desks. You’ll deal directly with the people who quote your project, plan it, and build it. That means no miscommunication, no forgotten promises, and no surprises. Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience across residential and commercial construction.
How We Work
Every project starts with a free, no-obligation phone consultation. After that, we meet at your project site, listen to what you want, and give you an honest assessment of what it will take. You will receive a detailed written quote that covers the full scope of works, materials, and cost. No vague estimates. No hidden extras. During the build, we communicate proactively. You will know what is happening each week, what is coming next, and whether anything has changed. When the project is done, we do a formal walkthrough with you to make sure everything is right.
